1. Who we are

These Terms apply when you use tributebarbers.com, book an appointment, buy a service or membership, or visit Tribute Barbershop in Greenwood Village, Colorado.

By doing any of those things, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and minors

You must be 18 or older to accept these Terms and to book online.

Guests under 18 are welcome in the shop with a parent or guardian present. The parent or guardian is responsible for the visit, the booking, and any charges.

We offer a Children’s Cut for guests 10 and older. That is an in-shop service, not permission for a minor to create an account or book alone.

3. Appointments, cancel, late, no-show

We book through Meevo.

Cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment. If something comes up last minute, call 303-224-9933.

Please arrive on time. If you are late, we may shorten or reschedule the service so the next guest is not pushed.

We may charge up to 100% of the service price for a no-show or a cancellation made within 30 minutes of the appointment.

We do not require a card on file unless you no-show twice in a 3-month span. After that, we take a card to hold future appointments, and any later no-show is charged at 100%.

4. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service, unless we say otherwise.

Card payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems.

Prices follow the service menu and may vary by provider.

First-time guests: satisfaction is guaranteed or your money back if you ask within 14 days. Refunds are decided by management and cover the amount paid for that service. Details are on our FAQ.

5. Photos and social

We sometimes take photos or video in the shop for our website, social, or marketing.

If you do not want to be included, tell us before or during your visit and we will leave you out.

For anyone under 18, we need a parent or guardian’s permission before we use their photo.

6. Conduct

We may refuse or end a service if a guest is abusive, unsafe, or otherwise disrupts the shop.

Tell your barber about allergies, skin conditions, or anything else that could affect a cut, shave, wax, or treatment. Services are provided as-is once you agree to go ahead.

Complimentary drinks (including alcohol) are for guests who are legally allowed to drink. We may refuse alcohol.

7. Third parties

Booking runs through Meevo. Payments, texts, email, and analytics tools are run by other vendors. Those companies have their own terms.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. The effective date at the top will change when we do.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Venue is in Arapahoe County, Colorado.
