We know life happens, especially traffic in the tech center. We will make every effort to stay on schedule and be respectful of our next clients’ time. All we ask is that you’re courteous to others and arrive on time for your grooming overhaul. We reserve the right to shorten or reschedule a service following a late arrival.
Please do your best to cancel your service within 24 hours so we can make room for another guest. We reserve the right to charge up to 100% of the service price for a no-show or cancellation made within 30 minutes of the scheduled appointment time.

We know time gets away from us and we totally understand that. With that said, we do not require a credit card on file unless you no show 2 appointments in a 3 month span. Now that is one helluva no show policy! After two no shows, we will then take a credit card to reserve any appointments going forward. Any time a no show occurs after that, we’ll hit ya with a no show charge of 100%.  Time is very valuable to us all so please understand we are protecting our providers and their income from being impacted too often. Makes sense, right?!
