All first time clients will require a credit card on file to hold the appointment. 4. All packages and groups (2 or more) will require a credit card to hold the appointment. 5. All facial services and injections will require a credit card on file to hold the appointment. 6. We allow 1 FREE no-show! Life happens and we get it. After that first FREE no-show, understandably we will ask for a credit card going forward to hold your appointments, just in case it might happen again. If it does, we will ding your card for 100% of the service/s. As much as we hate dinging people for no-showing, the providers lose out on revenue which is how they provide for themselves and their family. All we ask is for a phone call to let us know something came up, nothing more. 7. We have a 24 Hour cancellation policy. Please help us and stay in communication with us in regards to canceling or changing your appointments so we don’t have to charge for missed appointments.
